The SPT 1550 is the first scan enabled Palm size terminal based on the Palm OS Computing Platform. The SPT 1550 shares the same operating system and maintains 100% compatibility with standard Palm operating system-based software applications.

The SPT1550 is powered by two AAA alkline batteries that offer up to 8,000 continuous 1-second scans.

Built In Laser Scanner
Its pocket-size design includes an integrated bar code laser scanner equipped with a backlit 160 x 160 pixel display with digitizer, physical buttons for scanning and navigation, two megabytes each of ROM and RAM, and fast, efficient data synchronization with the Mac or PC.

Perfect for a wide range of applications
The SPT 1550 is a unique tool for a wide range of data management applications including sales and workflow automation, retail, distribution, route accounting and healthcare. Please note the SPT1550 is usually supplied without any useful software and without a download cable.

At Peninsula, however, we supply you with QuickTrack Mobile database software - a customisable solution which delivers a neat .csv file to your desktop, for use in spreadsheets and databases, OR imports directly into QuickTrack Pro V, our flagship database tracking solution for Mac and PC.

We also supply the SPT 1550 with all the necessary cables for immediate plug in and go use. A cable is supplied for download and a USB Serial Adaptor is also supplied for machines without a serial port (this also works on OSX)
