The Gull mobile Barcode Reading and Asset Tracking System is complete, there is nothing else to purchase and it can be used staright out of the box.
Robust enough for light industrial but ergonomic enough for retail and office use, the Gull works well in every situation. It's ease of cleaning and IP67 rating for water and dust makes it ideal for healthcare and medical applications, and it's light weight make it ideal for repetitive use in applications such as Libraries, Asset and Item Tracking.
The Gull can also be used with all Palm Applications and barcode scanning is enabled with all of them.
Included with the Gull are
QuickTrack Pro
QuickTrack Pro is a complete, professional, multi or single user, barcode based item asset and lending tracking system.
It can be used to automate your Fixed Asset inventory, track tools from your tool room, run a complete libarary (even looking up Book, DVD, CD and Video details automatically from the internet to save valuable time when cataloging).
Quickly and easily book items in and out, you can even book in or out a whole despatch to our from one customer, ideal for goods in and out, or adding new stock and inventory.
QuickTrack Pro can be customised easily to reflect your own choice of field names and even the databases can be quickly customised to reflect your own circumstances, ie you mught require Tools instead of Items.
QuickTrack Pro can handle barcode printing with the built in report generator. You can print to any standard printer or to a thermal or thermal transfer printer. Alternatively you can use pre printed barcode labels rather than print your own.
Reports can be printed, viewed on screen or exported to other applications as csv files which can be used in many other applications such as Excel.
QuickTrack Pro is fully integrated with the Gull to allow syncronisation and remote working.
QuickTrack Mobile
QuickTrack Mobile is the Gull component of QuickTrack Pro, this provides a fully searchable and updatable database of the current QuickTrack Pro database, you can add new items, update existing ones, and the syncronise and backup with the main computer based application at any stage.
Palm Conduits
The included palm computer conduits for both Mac OSX and Windows allow the data on the Gull to be syncronised with the computer. The data can either be used directly within QuickTrack or exported as a csv for use in other applications.
