Shipping and Delivery

All Delivery is FREE of charge worldwide.

If the item is marked as In Stock on our website, and ordered before 3.30pm GMT Monday to Friday it will be shipped same day.

Software ordered after this time will be shipped by email that same day. (9am to 6pm GMT) Monday to Friday.
Hardware ordered after this time will be shipped next working day.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 hour of receiving them. (9am to 6pm GMT) Monday to Friday.

Software

Software is sent by email as soon as your card is processed. If you are in the UK or have ordered over 265 pounds worth of goods you will also be sent a cd (and if applicable, printed manual and box) by mail.

Hardware

Hardware (Barcode Readers and Printers) is sent for free of charge next working day delivery in the UK, and free of charge 2-5 day delivery elsewhere in the world.
